Welcome to our new website! We have been so excited for this launch and we hope you love it just as much as we do!
There are so many new features that we can't wait for you to explore (you will have already found our new blog if you are reading this!!). We hope you will enjoy the website with its fresh new feel and also find it much easier to navigate around.
We wanted the new site to be an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Somewhere you can purchase your favourite doggie baking kits, read our blogs, find your nearest stockist and communicate with us quickly and easily if you need any help. We also wanted to make sure that our website was mobile-friendly as we know many of you want to checkout quickly from your mobile phone (and this wasn't exactly easy before).
In fact, we have made changes to the whole checkout process. You should now find shopping online with us quick, easy and stress-free (and if you do run into any difficulty, you'll find that we are only a click-away). You can browse through our products and now even personalise some items before adding them to the basket - yes, that means there are new products on the site too!! You can checkout using your credit/debit card or via PayPal. You will also get an order confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched (which some of you may know wasn't always the case before).
We’ve also transformed our blog! This means it will be easier for us to upload lots more content and we hope you'll find this more enjoyable and easy to read! If you have any ideas of what you would like us to share, we would love to hear from you!
Our website will be the place to be for all things dogs... and of course, treats! We really do hope you'll enjoy browsing, shopping and reading on your desktop, mobile or tablet and most importantly find it easier to navigate around.
